Our family-owned business emerged during the heart of the pandemic. Initially, we served our customers from a humble tent and a tear-down unit.

 

Following our victory in the 2021 Chicken War competition, we experienced rapid growth, leading us to our current milestone: the purchase of our first concession trailer in 2024.
